2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, supply requested content, approvals, and access in a timely manner, and communicate feedback clearly and promptly. Delays in client participation may impact timelines and outcomes.

3. Payments & Billing

All fees are due according to the terms specified in your proposal or agreement. Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or project delays. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables as defined in the applicable agreement. Search Quest retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials unless explicitly restricted by the client in writing.

5. Results Disclaimer

Search Quest does not guarantee specific results, including search rankings, traffic growth, lead volume, or revenue performance. Marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, algorithms, and many factors outside our control.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Search Quest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Search Quest for the services related to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the termination terms stated in the service agreement. All outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, or tools to deliver services. Search Quest is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
